124 this morning. was scared to weigh myself 'cause i knew i'd gained. had 190cal before i hit the gym this morning, and burned 400cal before class. plus did a ton of abs.
then went to the dining hall and had black beans (50) potato salad (100) bit of rice (50) turkey sandwich (250) andd low fat blueberry muffin (150). 600. so up to basically 800 and it's not even one. okayyy.
