worked out. 400cal plus some abs. pitiful, really.
ate noodles&co for lunch. it was delicious, at least. lots of chicken = protein. then two beef tacos for dinner. and softserve cause i was so anxious about my exam. and just now, a bagel and cream cheese. and a pretzel rod. blah. make me stop. not going to add all those up.
weighed myself at the gym. 123. should've lost more than that.
