woke up later than i intended, but had a couple of pomegranate seeds and some water as breakfast. meant to eat a small apple but forgot to grab it as i ran out the door.
had that apple when i got back from 60min of cardio at the gym. soo..

does anyone else have one of those nike+ things? where it goes in your shoe and hooks up to your ipod..? because i use that even when i run on the treadmill, but it always seems to say i'm working harder than the treadmill says (if that makes sense.) anyone..?
