alright, so little under 1800 for today. which honestly, since i'm on my period and i worked 'til 5am, isn't too horrible. burned 560cals at the gym which was a plus. need to do that more often. like everyday. going to my first kayak practice tomorrow- very excited :)
tummy hurts like a bitch..going to bed. got stuff tuh do tomorrow :)
