ehh

1063 for the day, according to fitday.com. although could be a bit more, as i'm not sure how many cups of reese's puffs i binged on, so i guessed. meh. damn, i had string cheese earlier. okay so call it 1100. 1150 maybe.  blah. not bad. i'm tryna work my way down, get my body used to not eating mass amounts of food. so we'll see. feel like shit now though. went to the gym earlier for a bit, didn't really try.. did like 10min running, 10min biking, and 10min stairmaster. so like 250cals. better than nothing i guess, plus there was the walking there and back, and walking to all my classes. marginal, but it all counts.
goal for tomorrow is 1000 or below, but if i hit 1100 it's okay.
