worked out, burned 400cals. but thenn went to mojo and got a stirfry. okay, not bad, semi healthy. rice? not so much. the sauce? noo. then the michigan fruit crisp was delicious, but too many calories. thenn the handful of cereal? ugh. all my hard work for nothing.. :(
in other news, weighed myself pre-workout in tshirt and yoga pants.. 129. :) under thirty is good for me. goal is 127 by sunday. let's go.
