day two, supposedly.

So I failed miserably at fasting. Fasted from 9pm last night til 1pm today. that's all. that's also not including the vodka and gatorade I had last night.

Also, scale said tonight that I'm a whopping 127.8. what. the. fuck. I've worked out everyday. It's not like I've been massively overeating (aside from binging when I got back from the gym, having a somewhat 'fuck-the-world, I-give-up' mentality). Unless I'm pregnant. That's the main concern right now.

Fuck Rob, he's being a fucking asshole. Goddamnit. Why the hell do I still care about him so much when he treats me like shit?

Because that's what I deserve.

  1. fasting is very difficult so don't be too harsh on yourself :)
    you will reach your goal if you really want to and i think the additional pounds may be your muscles as you were exercising every day.
