Why oh why is my intake increasing and increasing. I need to be far below 1000cal. This week...no more ''trail mix''. Lots more veg and fruit. Cucumber is my new best friend. I think I'm getting sick but that's no excuse. I need to get up off my ass. Ugh.


Oh that's a lot of food. Don't worry about it, though, as long as it's just that one time. I tend to screw up on weekends all the time.
