  • one-a-day with energyy (1x/day) and mega-t (2x/day) : have to eat a little something to not get nauseous.

punishments
  • fasting
  • cutting
  • burning
  • purging.

    you can keep the fasting and purging but you CAN'T keep the cutting and burning i don't allow it :) your to good for it
