Latest hate; my grotesque fat thighs. Those need to go, asap, as well as my fat chicken-wing arms.
Plan for tomorrow. Well, later today, I suppose;
-wake up 7.30, go for a run
-shower, etc, eat yogurt. grab diet coke.
-meet kids at the pool 9.30, entertain them.
-avoid lunch. drink water.
-home 2.30. applesauce (50cal).
-dinner..may be unavoidable.
-ryan's goodbye party? alcohol is too many cals :(
