i want.

thiss..

intake today:
110cal -lowfat vanilla yogurt
60cal -fresh blueberries
120cal - .5 spinach/black bean enchilada
350cal -leftover veg lasagna
200cal -banana bread
50cal -peanut butter
100cal -dried cranberries
total: 990.

it's only 16.00. This is not okay. No more food for me today, and I need to get off my fat ass and go for a run. Then do abs 'til I die.

Arms and legs are still sore from rockclimbing yesterday, on the bright side, and tomorrow I'm not letting myself get away with driving to class..it'll be not too warm but chilly out in the morning so no excuse not to bike. I got my shift covered at work tonight, too, so I can actually maybe fall asleep before 2.00? That'll be a first in..I don't know when. Goal is to go to bed at or before eleven, then read/journal until I drift off into a peaceful slumber. Actually, make it ten-thirty. There we go.

I'm coming down with the sickness my parents have both had the past two days and I don't like it. Horrible congestion and a runny nose and headache and fatigue are not my favorite things to deal with when I'm already on my period. Ah well. I can use this time to be productive..plans: return dead fish to petco..hopefully get a replacement.. get gas, work on that pillow, study stats. Oh, and work on thinspo journal, look for thinsporational music. any suggestions?
