Went rock climbing today. Wooo. Then..ate. And drank. And sat, and watched tv. All day. Ugh. An hour of rockclimbing burns around 600 calories, one site said. So, we were there probably an hour and a half, alternating climbing and belaying, so say I burned.. 400cals doing that?
