new approach.


alright. so i ate a reasonable amount today, then went to water polo and absolutely died. so so so sore. oh wow. thenn came back and ate more kashi and a chicken caesar salad and some spaghetti. yummy, but full of sodium. need to drink more water.
think i'm going to the delt hockey game tonightt. but not sleeping over. and tomorrow..tomorrow starts the legit diet stuff. like figuring out healthy snacks, portion sizes, etc with lydia. yeah. (:
